Jess Singh is a founder, entrepreneur, investor and AI transformation strategist with almost 25 years of experience helping organisations solve what they believed were their most important challenges.
Across startups, scale-ups, government, education, corporates and founder-led businesses, she built a reputation for championing customers, communicating complex ideas, and driving strategic change.
But behind the scenes, Jess was becoming increasingly fascinated by a different question.
Why were so many intelligent people, talented teams and successful organisations struggling with the same recurring problems?
What she discovered was that the biggest opportunities, risks and constraints were rarely sitting where people were looking.
They existed beneath the surface—in the hidden patterns, bottlenecks, assumptions and disconnects shaping performance long before they became obvious.
That insight became the foundation of her work.
